Senior Management

Bryan Saunders
Country Director
Bryan Saunders is one of the founding members and the current Country Director of SAT. He holds a BSc in Agriculture and has been with SAT since its inception in 2007. Bryan provides technical support to SAT teams on Conservation Agriculture, Training and Extension and he facilitates linkages with the private sector. Bryan has extensive commercial farming experience in both Zimbabwe and Mozambique and has longstanding network linkages with a vast number of agricultural organisations, both private and public within Zimbabwe.
Michele Bragge
Financial Controller
Michele Bragge is SAT’s Financial Controller and has over 20 years’ experience in administration and finance in the agricultural sector. She is one of the founding members of SAT and has managed the finance and administration of SAT since its inception in 2007. Michele has experience in private sector agricultural commodities marketing and has previously worked in the cotton industry in Zimbabwe. She was one of the founders of the Union Project in 2004 and has over 16 years’ experience in Grants and Finance Management.

Dr. Chap Masterson (BVSC, MRCVS) has over two decades of experience as a wildlife veterinarian, and brings a background of conservation and wildlife management to the SAT team

Poultry Business Development Advisor
Kennedy is a specialist in development financing with experience in commercial production and livestock marketing by smallholder producers. He is holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours degree, Master of Business Administration degree (both with the University of Zimbabwe) and a Masters in Development Studies with the Midlands State University.

Stephanie Mennie
Accountant SAT Head Office
Stephanie has over 20 years in administration and finance in the private and agricultural sectors and has managed SAT’s accounts since 2007. Previously, she worked in the cotton industry in Zimbabwe and has worked with Coopers and Lybrand who amalgamated with Ernst & Young Chartered Accounts in their Internal Finance Department
Nyasha Chipudla
Senior Finance and Administration Officer
Nyasha is a Chartered Accountant, she completed her articles with KPMG Zimbabwe and she has more than 9 years of experience in the agriculture and manufacturing sector.
Zvikomborero Manjala
Finance and Administration Officer-WILD Manjinji Project
Zvikomborero holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as other qualifications in Accounting. She joined SAT in April 2018 and holds the position of Finance and Administration Officer for the EU funded Manjinji Wildlife Community Tourism and Conservation project.

Joseph is the Finance & Administration Officer for the SAT SCALE AP project. He has over five years’ experience in finance and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Accounting & Economics from Monash University
Stephen Madanhi
Finance and Administration Officer-EU REOPENS Project
Stephen is a holder of a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership & Change (UZ); Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a full member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) South Africa. He joined SAT in March 2020, bringing in vast experience in the area of Finance and Accounting. He worked previously in different sectors, among them manufacturing, retail and Internal Audit consultancy both in Zimbabwe and South Africa for more than 13 years.
Rachel Chiwara

Rachel holds a BSc. Agricultural Science Honours Degree in Animal Science. Rachel is the Procurement and Logistics Officer for SAT Wildlife projects. She also doubles up as the Office Manager at SAT’s Head Office in Harare, in charge of general office administration. Rachel joined SAT in August 2016 as a Personal Assistant / Logistics Officer.

Lawrence Dandira is a holder of a Bachelor in Commerce Accounting Honours Degree and is currently undertaking studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Driver
Morestaff is an integral part of the administration and logistics departments as he supports in the delivery of important documents, procurements and assists in transporting delegates and officers to their destinations.
Sasha Moore
Logistics Officer
Sasha holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Monash University in South Africa. She is currently engaged as the Logistics and Procurement Officer for SAT Agriculture projects. Sasha joined SAT in March 2019.

She joined SAT in October 2017 and assists in the maintenance of office premises in good condition to create a conducive work environment. She also provides logistical support during meetings

M&E Coodinator
Collen has over 7 years’ experience in monitoring and Evaluation. Collen holds qualifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development studies, Knowledge, and Information Systems Management.

Tendekai Mudimu
Programme Manager
Tendekai Mudimu is the Head of SAT’s Mutare Field Office and Program Manager for the LFSP Programme in Mutare Rural District, Manicaland. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science and is a specialist in crop science, agricultural extension and community development.
Prosper Zimwaraka
District Supervisor
Prosper Zimwaraka is a passionate and dedicated development connoisseur with 8 years’ experience in development and humanitarian work. Between 2010 and 2016, he served SAT on various projects that include AISP, ZIM-AIED and ZEST in Manicaland and Masvingo Provinces as officer, advisor and supervisor respectively.

Agriculture Productivity Field Officer
Norman Dzviti is an Agriculture Productivity Field Officer under the LFSP Programme in Mutare Rural District. He holds a Diploma in Agriculture and has worked on various projects since joining SAT in 2010, including the Zim-AIED and ZEST projects under which he served as a District Supervisor.

Luckson Kadzani holds a Diploma in Agriculture and has been with SAT since 2010. His current work under LFSP covers various crop and livestock value chains, Gender, Community Based Micro-Finance and Nutrition

Siyanai is an Agriculture Productivity Field Officer under the LFSP Programme. Manicaland. Siyanai holds a National Diploma in Animal Health and Production and a National Certificate in Agriculture.

Tatenda is an agriculturalist with a Diploma in Agriculture and vast experience in Community Based Micro-Finance, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Crops and Livestock Value Chains.

Lovemore Mujere has 9 years’ experience in livelihoods and food security programmes and has worked for various programmes under SAT since 2009.

Angela holds a BSc Honours in History and International Relations degree and has 4 years’ experience as a community development practitioner. She has been a part of the SAT family since 2015.

Cluster Field Officer
Darlington holds a National Diploma in Agriculture from Mlezu College of Agriculture. He has worked for SAT for over 10 years as a Project Supervisor under various projects. He now works as the Cluster Field Officer for the Masvingo province under the EU funded ZAGP-BEST project.

Cluster Field Officer
Willard holds a BSc Honours Degree in Agriculture Animal Science. Willard is the Cluster Field Officer for the Bulawayo Cluster under the EU funded ZAGP-BEST project. He is a Livestock and Development expert with 14 years’ experience in the livestock management system
Nhamo Dapi
Monitoring and Evaluation Facilitator
Nhamo is the Monitoring and evaluation Facilitator for the BEST Programme covering Mwenezi and Chiredzi District. he holds qualifications in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Before joining SAT, Nhamo worked as the M&E Officer for CADS.

Lungani is a self-motivated individual who believes in inspiring and surmounting all challenges. He holds qualifications in operations research and statistics. Before joining SAT, He was the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research officer for Childline Zimbabwe.

Herbert is a seasoned agronomist with more than 27 years of experience within the public and private sector. He has worked for various government institutions, before joining SAT he was managing a 684 hectare farm in Chivhu.

Sifiso has more than 9 year experience in the field of agriculture and rural development. She is passionate about community development and has worked on a number projects focused on the commercialisation of small holder farmers.

He holds a BSc Agriculture from the Zimbabwe Open University. Before joining SAT worked for the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Climate, Water and Rural Resettlement as a Crop and Livestock Extension Supervisor.

Courage holds a Diploma in Agriculture from Kushinga Phikelela College of Agriculture. He has more than 3 years’ experience as an agriculturalist. He is passionate about training farmers having trained more than 800 Commercial Farmers and 1500 small scale and household farmers under Command Agriculture scheme (maize and Soya bean Production)

Judith holds a degree in Development studies and she is currently studying towards a Masters in Development studies. She has more than 8 years’ experience within the M&E field the NGO environment.

Talkmore is one of the founding members of SAT. He holds a BSc. Degree in Agriculture and has worked on various projects implemented by SAT since 2007. Talkmore has worked in the agricultural and NGO sectors since the 1990s.

Bernard Mugunzva
CAE Private Sector Coordinator

Bernard Mugunzva joined SAT in 2009. He is a holder of a Diploma in Agriculture. Bernard joined SAT as a Field Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of District Supervisor for LFSP in Mutare Rural District under the Manicaland Cluster. He served in this position between 2010 and August 2018 before joining the AKIS Project.

Arthur Kupara first joined SAT in October 2008 as a Senior Field Extension Officer and has worked in various capacities since then. Arthur holds various Certificates in Agriculture, Artificial Insemination and Cattle Management and Cotton Production.

Lloyd Masunda is the Team Leader and a member of SAT’s Resource Mobilisation Team. He brings vast experience in project management and business development from his previous stints with NGOs such as We Effect, Plan International, Action Aid International and Technoserve. Lloyd holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies.

Dumisani Masuku
Scheme Export Manager-Makoni

Dumi is a holder of a Paprika Quality Assurance Certificate and a Certificate in Paprika Production. Dumisani previously worked on the paprika value chain with HIGHVELD, Fintrac and ACDI-VOCA under the Zim-AIED Program. He joined SAT in June 2020. Dumi  has more than 27 years’ experience in paprika production, grading and marketing.
